This is presentation copy number 3, and is inscribed by Dr. Torigoye to Mrs. Schneidman on the inside front cover. Included is a single sheet of lined paper with her handwritten notes on about eighteen of the items with her corrections and comments. Some of her penciled corrections are in the text as well. 308 p. plus two fold-out charts, errata sheet. Lacks the last leaf with the publisher information.
