This copy from the library of noted collector Ruth Schneidman, with eleven handwritten sheets comprising her own index of the first 284 items presented. Her own sometimes divergent opinions are shown in bracketed comments. As the last sheet is not filled completely, we assume she left off her indexing rather than there being lost sheets. 275 p.
